The Expansion Spatial Proteomics team is dedicated to integrating expansion microscopy with advanced proteomics techniques to enhance high spatial resolution proteomics research. The team focuses on optimizing the tissue expansion process and developing high-throughput, micro-scale proteomics sample processing methods, particularly for clinical FFPE samples.
